Etsy Success Sydney ~ Tips from Top Sellers Video is now Available!

So, you may remember I was in Sydney during June to take part in Etsy Success Sydney. I was honoured to be invited to appear on the ‘Tips from Top Sellers’ panel, along with the hilarious Lloyd of Tummy Mountain and my lovely friend Sam of Matou en Peluche.

If you couldn’t make it on the day, you’re in luck! Etsy filmed EVERYTHING (except the after party, which was probably a good thing…) and have started to release the videos on their livestream channel. I’m really excited because this means I get to see the talks I missed out on!

Here is our session, where Danielle quizzes us about all sorts of things – from how to keep going when sales are slow to social media, packaging, pricing, and much, much more.

The Making Of… Epheriell’s Cloud Earrings {Video}

I am SO excited to share this video with you today! It’s been in the works for a while, and I loved creating it so much that I’m planning on making one of these videos every month or two. That is, if you enjoy it…

In the video I show you the entire process of making my Cloud Earrings – from start to finish, with every single step included. Of course, if I showed you this at real-time speed we’d be here for an hour, so I’ve sped up much of the process. Nick got a giggle out of seeing me saw silver at 8x normal speed, and hopefully you will, too.

HUGE props to Nick, by the way, for creating the music for this video. I went to him yesterday afternoon and asked ‘can you make the music for this video… by tonight’? Nothing like giving the man a bit of notice, hey?

He’s got some whiz-bang electronic music program that he’s mucked around with for years, but this is the first time he’s ‘finished’ a piece – and he put it together especially for the video. So thank you, honey!
