I love these Jess. My grandmother has a photo of herself taken in her 20′s, and it has this same glamourous quality – I just love it (she was quite a looker in her day).

there’s something quite sad about finding these wonderful old photos for sale, as if the family has disappeared with time.

I have a smaller legged version of that doggy in the second photo…
picked it up at an estate sale because of it’s homemade charm and later made a kitty to go with it.

I love vintage photographs too- it always does make you wonder what the story is behind the photo. Great pictures!
