My ‘week of inspiration‘ last week got me thinking.

There are times when we’re down, when things seem to be piling up… when we just, basically, need a little lift.

At times during my life I have surrounded myself with positivity by putting up inspiring photos, artwork, quotes…. things to brighten my surroundings and therefore brighten my spirit just that little bit.

Have you ever put a quote up on the wall to inspire you? I used to do it all the time when I was younger, but it’s not something I’ve done for a long time.
