I run one-two guest posts per week on ED – I love to share new voices with my readers!
If you’d like to submit a guest post, don’t be shy! Please have a read through these submission guidelines and e-mail your guest post to me – jessica AT epherielldesigns.com with the words ‘Guest Post Submission’ in your subject line.
I accept posts from fellow artisans and bloggers – however, please don’t email me if you are an agency working to get back-links for a company, I don’t accept those sorts of posts.
Please note: I will not accept posts that are a blatant self-promotion, though you may include one of your own products if you are doing a product round-up feature, or as an example.
Special Guest Blogger
Each month at ED, we welcome a Special Guest Blogger. The SGB writes a series of at least 4 posts, as well as an intro post. If you’d like to apply to be a Special Guest Blogger, please email me (jessica AT epherielldesigns.com) with your idea! You also get your photo, a link to your site, and your posts on the sidebar throughout the month you are the SGB.
Submission Format
Please submit your post to me in the following format:
- A title (though I may change this)
- Text in a Word or Open Office file – or just a .txt file
- Images attached to e-mail individually
- Each post MUST have at least one image, which is at least 400 pixels wide. Each image must have correct attribution. That is, you need to provide a link to the original source of the image – not we heart it, or pinterest – but the origin website.
- Please ensure any links are written in the post so I can easily add them in (for example, ‘go check out so-and-so’s shop {http://so-and-so.com})
- Please include a 1-2 sentence bio for the end of the post (a picture of you is great too if you’re happy to share that) that includes no more than 3 links
- Please make sure you have at least a few sentences of commentary if you are doing an image or product-based post – I want to see your personality shine through!!
