It was my birthday in April, but of course we were away in Melbourne… so I had a slew of cute goodies waiting for me when I got home the other day that I just have to share with you all! (Some of these packages are also yarn for The Great Australian Granny Square – I’ll be blogging about them on Monday!)
First, from one of my dearest friends, Amanda (she whom I taught to granny square in Canberra last week), I received this adorable book!
Check out some of the little critters…
Mwaaahhh!!
And, ostensibly from Nick (although I chose them and bought them with my Paypal balance… wait a minute…) I got this adorable little ornament from Udessi (I’m going to make it into a necklace):
and… this lovely handmade and painted cup from a fellow Queenslander, Spun Mud.
I’ve drunk quite a few cups of tea out of this already, and it’s just the perfect size for me!
So, I’m quite happily enjoying my new handmade treasures.
