I love honeycomb. You know, the real stuff that bees make, that you can chew on and get all the honey out of. That was my absolute favourite treat as a kid – our neighbour had bees, and once in a while he’d give us a small tub of honey with a piece of honeycomb in it. Bliss!
To this day I have honey in my tea. So, today is my homage to the humble honeycomb – it is the basis for some amazing design.
