A while back, on my teacup succulent post, you may have noticed my birdie friends…
Well, I wanted to tell you a little more about them today. See, I seem to have started a collection, and I’d like to find more to add to it!
First, meet the blue crew – five little handmade ceramic critters made by Christine Teneholtz of Red Hot Pottery.
I was eyeing these guys off for a long time – and one day I decided to treat myself (something we all must do occasionally!). And really, how could I leave them on their own – especially when I found these little vintage friends to keep them company?
These guys are from 2 Little Owls (how appropriate!) I really love the stylised bird design – I think because the shape reminds me of the tiny little birds that flit around here in the bushes – and they never sit still enough to see all the details!
So – if you ever see stylised birdies like these, do let me know, okay? They might like to come and join my menagerie.
