Do you know, we’re currently experiencing a ‘cold snap‘ here in Brisbane?
Of course, those of you in cooler climes will laugh at us saying that having a run of days under 20 degrees C in the middle of winter is a ‘cold snap’, but hey, we Queenslanders aren’t used to this sort of weather!
Not only is it cold, it’s *raining*. Rain is supposed to happen in Summer, people! We live in a sub-tropical climate! (And yes, Sally and Julie, I can hear you laughing at me.)
Okay, enough with the weather woes… I thought I would brighten up the day in an understated way with some lovely pastel prettiness.
{Pastel Wooden Faceted Beads by So Little Time Co.}
{Pastel Pinwheel Fabric by Katherine Codega}
{Clay Architecture Set by POAST}
{Sweet Little Blessings by Ora Bierenbaum}
{Bamboo Bangle by Pom by Pomegranate – also love this scarf in her shop!}
{Cats by Cake with Giants}
{Pastel Guitar Case by Marie Nicole}
P.S. If you’ve got something pastel and lovely in your shop, please go ahead and leave one link to it in the comments, I’d love to take a peek! xx

O, lovely pastels! I used to undervalue pastels. But recently I saw a Kobo e-reader that was mauve. I fell in love with pale purple all over again. And now I know what I want for Christmas. 😉 Drink lots of yummy herbal teas, Jess. Warm up from the inside. x
That first necklace is amazing!! In fact everything in this post is amazing!
I love these colours but you have made me realise there is very little of it in either of my shops. A new colour palette, thanks for the inspiration Jess!
gorgeous pastel goodies….but sorry, no sympathy on the weather, 20C is practically a heat wave 😛
Moi? laugh at Vous?? never. ;P
btw, love those little POAST houses!
Heehee! I wish is was 20 degrees here! But to be far, I did feel the cold when I was in Brisbane. What is with QLD houses not having heaters?! 😉
