22. Simplify – get rid of all the junk I have accumulated – have a place for everything and everything in its place.

Phew, a little late getting this post done this week – I was away all weekend, and time got away from me! This week I took another look at my shoe rack. Deciding to part with my Chucks was a little hard, but honestly, I never wear them, so I’m hoping I can find them a happier home!
This week I chose to part with:
- The lava lamp I bought in high school while I was going through my X-Files phase. It’s still in good nick! On ebay.
- The mug rack – we never use it and it’s just taking up space. Donating.
- An old, half-broken touch lamp I’ve had forever. Bin.
- A quite lovely jacket I got an an op shop a while back – in perfect nick but doesn’t really go with anything I own. On ebay.
- Old runners. Honestly, why did I still have these, I bought a new pair over a year ago now! Bin.
- Ugg-style boots with fluffy insides. They’re just a little too tight. Donating.
- My Chucks… sigh. On ebay.

Each week I’ll share my 7 things with you, and if you see anything you’d like to take off my hands (one woman’s trash and all that) feel free to let me know! Anything on ebay you can obviously buy – but if you see something I’m throwing out or sending to the charity shop, all you need to do is cover the cost of postage and I’ll send it to you.
