So… who out there has long hair? (Sees a few hands raised).
Well, you’ll know how frikkin annoying it can be to take care of – mostly, how long it takes to wash. So, since I’m going travelling, I decided a few weeks ago to take the drastic step of cutting off my long locks – eep!
I’ve had long hair for about 10 years now, and I love it. So, I was nervous, yet determined, about cutting it off. In fact, I was spurred on by my mum (who also had long hair). We made a pact to chop our hair off together (but I made her go first when we got to the hairdressers – teeheeee).
It’s been a few weeks now, and I have to say I’ve actually tweaked it a bit myself since then, but the end product is that I’ve gone from this…

So – whatcha think, dear readers?
I’m planning to grow the locks back eventually, but for now short and sweet will have to do!
