Whoohoo!
I’ve been dying to tell you all, but I wanted to wait until Nick and I told our families! Very exciting times 🙂
It happened on Monday, when we went for a sunset stoll down the beach… and I decided it was time to pop the question! Yup, we have a modern woman here – lol. Happily, he accepted, and on Wednesday we went engagment ring shopping. I am now the very proud and still amazed owner of this beautiful white gold and diamond ring…
Nick’s English, so we still have to sort out his visas, but we’re thinking about having the wedding in September next year – in the lovely Australian springtime!
Okay, now it’s time for all you married ladies to shower me with advice! What did you do for your wedding? What marriage advice do you have? Lay it on me, ladies (and gents 😀 )!!! 🙂
Wow! Congratulations to you both 🙂 … gorgeous ring 😉
Congratulations!!! I’ve been married nearly 3 years now (been together 10 years though). I have no advice though because to be honest, nothing really changed much, it’s just nice to be husband and wife 😉 🙂
congratulations! It’s a very exciting time for you both. Make sure you enjoy the day.
Thanks so much, all! Very exciting times 🙂
Congratulations! Pretty sparkler too!
Congratulations!
I’m a sucker for an English accent, so I don’t blame you for nabbing him. Though I’m sure he has many other lovely qualities, of course…
No advice, just a wish that everything goes beautifully and you have a terrific life together.
*grins at Frogdancer* yes, the accent certainly doesn’t hurt…
Wow Congratulations!!!
Only advice would be to be honest and make time for each other always!!!
Best wishes!!
Congradulations! Your ring is awesome!
My advice is don’t stop going out on ‘dates’ with your husband.
