… is a belief firmly entrenched in my family. So when I saw this:
Well, I just had to buy it! From What Nikki Made on Etsy. The original was painted with tea – yay!
And a chocolate biscuit, well, that would have to be a Tim Tam, really! I always bite two opposite corners off my Tim Tams and suck my hot cup of tea through it – it makes the bikkie all soft and squishy, mmmm…. people always think I’m rather odd when they see me do this!
Do you have any strange little eating quirks?

I only wish tea would work for me. I used to be an avid tea drinker, but for some reason now, I always get really bloated after a cup of tea. So I can no longer have it
I do like plum jam with cheese on crackers. I think I am trying to mimic cranberry and turkey
OMG! Tim Tam slam! I miss doing those!!! It’s hard to find the aussie tim tam’s here but you’ve made me want to get a packet so I can do this after breaking fast laster
The tim tam slam doesnt work with Malaysian tim tam’s.
And I love the painting, it’s gorgeous. And your new website background is super cute and fun too
LOL Jess, I have never done a Tim Tam slam with a cup of tea! Now a Milo or coffee slam…he he.
That is such a fun and original print – I could see it in a kitchen or home office area.
I always dunk my biscuits in hot tea! And cookies and milk too.
The strangest habit I have is when I eat kit kat. I nibble away all the chocolate layer first then eat the wafer last. My fingers get really messy…but it’s the best and tastiest way
Helena – I used to do that with Mars Bars in high school! I’d eat off all the chocolate, then eat the caramel, then the nougat last
Nadiah, is that what it’s called!?! Awesome

For me, a cup of coffee solves everything but I’m loving iced tea more and more. I can definitely agree with a chocolate biscuit solving absolutely everything – or anything sweet for that matter.
That is so cute! Its a saying I’m familiar with too, tea is something me and my housemates drink all the time, it does indeed solve everything!
Hehe, this is so cute and I totally agree! I like ginger snappy cookies with my tea, personally – I dunk them in really quickly just so they get a bit soft.
Mmm…
Haha, yep, I simply cannot eat any cookies without dunking them!
