Happy Sunday! It’s been a mega-busy weekend for me – I did the Bleeding Heart market on Friday, and spent the day selling lots of Vintette brooches, and chatting to my fellow marketeers – especially the lovely Kate from Dash Robin. We had a right good natter!
Friday night was hanging out with friends (my friend Mish and I booked some of the accommodation for our trip to Asia next year – a 4-star resort with a swim-up bar… I’ve never stayed anywhere so fancy!).
Saturday was more socialising, plus an impromptu trip to see a play last night with a few girlfriends. The play was called Oberon, and it was an Aussie adaptation of A Midsummer Night’s Dream. I’m not a big Shakespeare buff, but I’ve always loved that play. It was good fun – you should go check it out if you’re in Brissie!
That inspired me to share this today – phrases we owe to Shakespeare. Pretty amazing, huh? It was done by a student, nawasaka, and was just scribbles that she shared on tumblr… before it went viral!
Enjoy the rest of your weekend… and make sure to pop back tomorrow – I’ve got a rather relaxing and inspiring week lined up for you – it’s Simple Pleasures week on Epheriell Designs!
