This resonates with me. I think creation is about taking risks, bringing something new into being. That’s why it’s so thrilling – and why so many of us find it becomes an obsession.

I definitely agree, the fun is in the creating not necessarily the end product. Often mistakes made are the most wonderful explorations and creations.
In theory, I agree that the fun is in the process. In practice, I tend to not do things because I think I will fail. I am trying to get over this and live more in tune with that theory!
Well of course, that’s the truth!
I’ve been an artist my whole life, and it’s always been about getting in there and doing. From when I did traditional art, to now with the jewelry and digital photomanipulations; and the like…. Always try something new, even if the people around you say it’s foolish. Look what happens ^^
I know I often try things, and am just not quite happy with the outcome – but I always learn something in the process…

I LOVE this! I have to do something creative everyday. If I don’t I feel empty. I have so many ideas and projects running through my head. Not everything turns out how I envision it, but creating is a process. Thanks for sharing this.
