I don’t eat a lot of boiled eggs, though one of my favourite breakfasts is soft-boiled eggs with toast soldiers. That always takes me back to when I was a little kid! I know the more ‘grown-up’ version uses asparagus spears instead of the toast… but you can’t beat a classic, really.

I think, if I had a set of these ADORABLE birdsnest eggcups by Studio Gijus, I would eat them all the time. If only to bring a smile to my face everytime I looked down at my plate. I mean, how sweet is this? And the little birdie – a perfect touch!
