I dare you to check out Handy Maiden and not smile – it’s a shop so full of cuteness!

Danielle Pedersen is the designer/maker/sculptor/painter behind these intricate little beasties.

Each piece is a mini work of art – her attention to detail and skill with a little brush are truly impressive.

One of my favourite things about her shop is that you can get custom designs – like her custom birds – and, best of all, you can get a custom ‘pocket totem’ figurine of your own pet! Here’s an example:

How freaking adorable is that? I am SO tempted to get one done of my Gobbolino!
