I’m not much of a fashionista, but I have to admit I was blown away when I saw this collection by Alexander McQueen.
It’s an exhibition on at the NYC Metropolitan Museum of Art.
It’s the first time I’ve really seen fashion as art, rather than clothing.
Most of these are not clothes that anyone would actually wear (unless you’re Lady Gaga, I guess) but they exist purely for artistic expression.

We have to go to NYC for a wedding the weekend of 8/6, which is also when this closes. My goal is to make it happen! Cross my fingers!
