All of these amazing pieces – and more – were made from 2 Kimonos.
My friend Melanie – of Kimono Reincarnate (yep, she is featured in *bespoke* Issue 2!) put together this amazing project. Fifteen different artists took their piece of the kimono and made something amazing.
If you’re in Brisbane, I recommend you check it out – I went to the opening night, and the pieces are beautiful. I seriously wanted the Maiocchi dress – alas, it wasn’t for sale… sigh…
