I love photo vignettes – those little pieces of life captured, close-up, that evoke a certain feeling… or that let you have a peek into someone else’s world. Perhaps I should take more of them?
Here are some vignettes of vignettes for you to ponder! I recently indulged in the purchase of some more mini-print sets from 74 Lime Lane, and wasted no time popping them up in little clusters around our bedroom/workshop.
Since this space happens to be in a shed, we happen to have corrugated iron walls – which kinda prevents nailing of any type. Instead, I use magnets to scatter art all over the walls.
And how cute are the peg-magnets in these photos? I just bought them the other week from The Papertie Affair.
These little vignettes never fail to bring a smile to my face when I look at them – and for me, that’s what art is all about.
