I bought these new boots yesterday, and just had to give them a whirl! I thought they were a bit 70s-esque, so I pulled out my most 70s vintage dress, plus a jacket with wide lapels I’ve had for 10 years or so.
And the handbag, because it has red polka-dot handles! We were on our way out to the hairdresser (I think I’ve only seen Nick with properly-cut hair once before) and to buy all sorts of little bits and bobs for our trip – like teeny-tiny toothpaste. Please let me remember not to pack any expensive creams or suchlike into my carry-on baggage!
Only 2 more days till we go. Aieeeee!

Necklace – made from a key found in my Grandfather’s basement
Bag – was my Grandmother’s
